Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is confirmed, our team gets straight to work preparing it for dispatch.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on your location:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions—keep an eye out.

Delays & Issues
While we aim for fast and reliable delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (such as courier delays or customs). If your order is significantly delayed, feel free to contact us and we’ll help sort it out.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll make it right.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
